Our agency is right next door and we use Redstone quite a bit - not that we expect special treatment. But we asked if we could have our group sit outdoors and were told we needed our whole party. We tried to change our reservation number as one of our higher-up clients was there already. Tried to plead my case and was just ignored. The result was us waiting (trying to make the best of it) and then being seated at tables not very close to each other. Fine, we worked with that. We then got shoddy service - had to constantly ask for water. The final blow came after the final bill was paid. Some of us had half-full glasses of wine. However, the manager pulled aside one of our team and asked that we hurry up and leave the table because he needed it. It hadn't even been 10 minutes. So needless to say, I would avoid this place on a busy night.
